Late in the evening Mumbai
, India's financial capital was rocked by coordinated attacks across the city by gunmen opening fire at major luxury hotels (Taj Mahal and Oberio Hotel), restaurant, rail station, police station and other major locations. At current hotels they even took hostages. At least three top Indian police officers were killed during the attack including chief of the anti-terror squad. More then 80 are believed to have been killed and more then 200 injured. The count will probably go up as the investigation processes into the attacks.
